Do you see patients for other conditions? π©Ί
On a case-by-case basis, we do treat patients with other conditions.
However, most referrals outside our specialty are directed to trusted community providers. π€
This ensures that you or your loved one receive the highest level of care tailored to that specific condition. π
Do you offer a waitlist, and how long is the wait? π
When the clinic has a high volume of referrals, we may extend our wait times.
We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for care*—especially when you're ready to start feeling better. We often have cancellations and schedule shifts, and we actively use our waitlist to fill those openings.
If you're on the waitlist, you're not forgotten. We encourage you to:
- Stay on the list—openings do happen! β
- Respond promptly if we reach out with an available slot. π±
- Let us know if your availability changes or if your needs become more urgent. π¬
We truly appreciate your patience and trust. Our goal is to get you the care you need as soon as possible.
*Healthcare access studies suggest that wait times for outpatient specialty care can range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on region, provider availability, and insurance requirements
